Positive: The bacolny view is perfect. The rooms got everything we need. The coffee machine is also nice! Furniture and the whole decoration is stylish and we felt like home. Strongly recommend ed if you don't mind the stairs to the building - this is the trade-off if you prefer a comfortable viewpoint right from bed or balcony.

整體體驗非常良好，而且房東非常積極幫你處理問題，例如：因為看到幾乎所有評論都有提到樓梯問題，事前詢問房東也有提供請人幫忙搬行李的辦法(當然虛造視件數計費)，以及很不幸的到的當天發現附近正在施工，所以架起非常高的起重機具，完全擋住這間公寓最棒 Positive: 這間公寓的位置很好，打開客餐廳/房間落地窗就能一覽策馬特的全景已經馬特宏峰，除非想要特別收集大家拍照的經典角度(橋頭或是夜景)，不然算是一個還不錯的地點；住宿的設備一應俱全，有客廳/餐廳、兩間衛浴(其中一間還附有浴缸)以及三間房間，廚房功能非常齊全(如果想自己備餐也完全沒問題) Negative: 真的太困難抵達，第一離車站有段不小的距離，途中需經過下坡再上坡(上坡佔超過60%)以及最後上去住宿地點，必須爬一個非常陡且階梯數不少的樓梯，這些都讓搬大件行李的旅客有點望而卻步；除了拖行李外，每天出門也必須上下這個樓梯，若有較年長或是行動不便的同行伴侶要特別注意

Stay was fantastic but the property sits above most of the properties around so that means you have to climb up for appr Positive: All excellent! I would recommend for certain people. Negative: Location! Approximately 239 steps! Also, the lady neighbour down below was screaming at us for just having fun and laughing inside the property at 4pm! We are just excited I guess upon arriving at the property. She was like a pittbull!!!

Breathtaking views, such a special location Positive: The amazing views over Zermatt and the Matterhorn Incredible balconies Being able to be comfortable watching the sunrise Amazing bathrooms Great beds Kitchen space was great - liked the filtered water tap! We would love to come back as soon as possible! Negative: Easier to find instructions for recycling etc and spade rubbish bags would have been handy

Positive: Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Die Ausstattung ist gut, sehr viel Platz. Negative: Leider kein Holz für den Kaminofen. Viele Kerzen, aber nichts zum Anzünden. Leider gab es kein einziges scharfes Messer, auch die vorhandene Schere total stumpf. Der Brenner für den Caquelon war nur halb vorhanden. Der Türcode hat nicht funktioniert und die Telefonnummer war deaktiviert.
