Great place, beautiful views, but somewhat of an access challenge. Positive: The hosts were great, the views were awesome, and the property was very nice, clean and functional. Kitchen was fairly equipped. Coffee machine broke first morning and they replaced with a new one. You can ski down to the gondola elevators from the backyard if there is snow. Not sure about skiing back, as you'd really have to know the route! Negative: The location, while amazing, is far out of town a bit above the gondolas. It is near a bus stop, but the bus stops running at 19.30, so you either have to walk 25-30 mins uphill or taxi back at night from dinner in town. We knew from other reviews that it was a bit of a challenge to get to the property from the bus stop (or the close hotel for taxi drop offs). It was a bit more challenging that we expected. It was doable for us, but also more than I did expect, and could pose a challenge for those w mobility issues. So loading in, and just daily commuting does have some hurdles. BUT, the property is very nice and the views are amazing.

Positive: Sehr schönes Appartement mit grosszügigen Zimmern Negative: Die Lage ist zwar sehr ruhig aber insbesondere im Winter sehr mühsam zu erreichen. Ski in war top, direkt vor dem Haus, Ski out war sehr mühsam. Schmaler, teilweise rutschiger Fussweg

The value for the price is unbeatable in the area Positive: The apartment is just simply amazing. The surroundings are beautiful, especially being able to see so well the Matterhorn. To wake up before the sun and see how it slowly embraces the mountain is an unforgettable experience (just look at the photo I did in the backyard). The facilities are high class, totally equipped, and we really enjoyed the sauna too. Alessandro was very helpful and always quick to answer any question. Negative: It is quite far from the city center and it's a bit uphill, so if you have difficulty to walk so much then better take a taxi. The last part of the road to the house can be reached by walk only, so if you have heavy luggage then you need to carry it in hand for around 100m as it's a bit rough for the trolley wheels.

Positive: The place is spacious and very comfortable, with beautiful décor and space to relax. Garden outdoor is a good place to enjoy the scenery. It truly feels both welcoming and luxurious at the same time. Negative: It is perfect if having washing machine!
