Positive: La vue , le confort, la déco ,la proximité du bus , les linges et housses de lits en suffisance . Negative: Il manque un porte manteau à l'entrée , Il y en avait un dans l'armoire d'entrée , mais il était occupé par l'aspirateur qui prend beaucoup de place . Les poêles de la cuisine sont à changer, on ne peut rotir dans ces poêles elles sont griffées pour la plus part et c'est cancérigène de cuisiner la dedans , donc j'en ai utilisé qu'une qui était à peu près correct...mais il faut les changer ! D'autre part , pas assez de place sur la petite table de la cuisine...on peut difficilement cuisiner ...mettez une table plus haute et plus grande ! Je suis bien consiante que la plupart des gens qui loue ne cuisine pas beaucoup...nous avons cuisiné tous les jours et étions quelques fois nombreux à table ,d'où mes remarques.

A comfortable, convenient Zermatt apartment with a great view. Positive: This is a comfortable, well-equipped flat in Zermatt with plenty of space and an amazing Matterhorn view from the balcony. The location is good - you are a very short walk from a bus stop and a 15 minute walk from the town centre and the Sunnegga lift station. Getting to the Matterhorn Express lift station at the other end of town would need a bus or a taxi - and the buses can get very busy at peak times. We hired skis from Flexrent next to the Sunnegga lift and stored them in that shop overnight, which was convenient. Denner supermarket is about 8 minutes walk. Negative: Getting the key for the apartment itself was very easy, but the key for the downstairs entry to the block was missing from the key safe. We didn't notice this until 10PM the second night when we tried to use it - and we were stuck outside in the snow until (luckily) someone else came out of the building. This took another day to sort out. I would definitely check on arrival that the key was there!

Positive: Atenção da Michelle com a gente foi sensacional. Além disso o apartamento é muito bem decorado e bem funcional!
