Negative: Property is very far when the e-rickshaw drops you, lot of steps to reach the property, if you have lot of bags and planning with kids and parents, I will not recommend this property.

Negative: More than 100 stairs to go down and climb back when we leave to get to the apartment

The apartment is confortable but difficult to reach. It does not have a view of the matterhorn as the photos suggest and Positive: The apartment was nice, clean, and the kitchen well equipped. Negative: It’s difficult to reach the apartment, with no signs, no number in the building, and long stairs up and down (which, granted, is not so uncommon in Zermatt). The photos of the property showed a view of the matterhorn when there isn’t and the owner was dismissive. However, booking.com save the day with a quick and professional solution.
