Spaceous, comfortable penthouse with a breathtaking view of Matterhorn and great train/city access. Positive: The penthouse is really nice, with an amazing view of Matterhorn, and our preferred location, right next to the Gornegrat train. Alessandro is a top-notch host. We loved spending our extended-family ski week at this apartment. You have your own laundry and ski rooms. And did I mention the view from that expansive kitchen/living room, big enough for a game of tennis. Negative: If we *have* to put something here - not a deal breaker at all - it would be that the fireplace is not operational. Also, when it comes to spa/pool amenities, we found our own way by getting day passes at nearby hotels' spas, but perhaps a penthouse of this quality deserves a special access partnership deal at one of those.
