Outstanding penthouse for families in Zermatt - spacious, prime location, and a great host Positive: The penthouse is extremely convenient and family-friendly—Denner, Coop, and the Gornergrat train station are right around the corner. It is very safe and spacious for families with small kids. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are great, especially the street-facing bedroom with two single beds which was perfect for our 3-year-old. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and thoughtful details down to potato peelers and mashers. The living room projector with Apple TV lets you log into Netflix or Disney+ seamlessly. From the balcony, you can watch the famous Zermatt goat parade twice daily, and the golden sunrise over the Matterhorn is absolutely breathtaking. We loved it so much that after 21 nights, we extended our stay for another 11 nights! Negative: Standard stays include cleaning on arrival/departure, with mid-stay cleanings priced at CHF 150 per session. We experienced some initial bumps with mid-stay cleaning schedules and entry times. However, the host Alessandro resolved everything very professionally, took full accountability, and generously compensated us with a complimentary cleaning session.

Positive: The penthouse is superb, the space the view with Matterhorn and of course the living room and the kitchen so luxuriously exceeding our expectations!. Our group member loved everything of the penthouse. There is a private laundry room and all of the machine worked perfectly. Negative: None, we loved everything!

Positive: The hotel is very close to the station, and the balcony offers a view of the Matterhorn. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, perfect for family trips.

Positive: Location , spacious living area and balcony , well stocked facilities. Negative: It was too warm even when we turned the thermostat down. We could have done with another shower room.

Overall a great option Positive: Great location, spacious living room and kitchen. Well equipped. Negative: Bedrooms a little small. An additional bathroom would have been nice.
